Elizabeth Berger has a uniquely diversified real estate background. Her early career including owning two construction companies. After moving to Florida in 1989, Ms. Berger managed and sold commercial properties, then became involved in Acquisition and Management of Foreclosures.

In 1995, Ms. Berger became a Registered Appraiser and Licensed Real Estate Consultant. After her successful career in real estate sales, Ms. Berger excelled as a strong Real Estate Recruiter and founded both a Franchise and an Independent real estate company. She was also a board member of the Women's Council of Realtors in south Florida.

  Becky Weliczko has had experience in all arenas of the Real Estate Industry, from the loan process, to development, to creative negotiations and Pre-Foreclosures and REO properties.  Her specialty is finding deals for Real Estate Investors, including Businesses with Real Estate attached. She does this both locally and nationally. Becky has been in the development of land for over 20 years.   Becky joined Coldwell Banker in June of 2007, as she added her FL Sales Associate license to her 7 years of experience in real estate specifically. 

She has been an investor, coach and business strategist and has 18 years of experience through the management of over a half a billion in construction projects within both the public and private arenas. Becky has extensive experience in both Commercial Contracts and Negotiations, as she has worked for various sized firms in numerous large cities and small towns as in Construction Project Management. Becky actively participates in numerous local and national real estate club and associations.  She is presently the President/Board Member for “The Women’s Connection”, Coral Springs, FL and helps administrate the “Millionaires Real Estate Investment Club”, Fort Lauderdale, FL where she sits on the Board.

 Becky has continued to build upon her B.S. degree in Civil Engineering by expanding into areas of environmental hazards such as lead paint removal, asbestos abatement, air quality issues, and mold mitigation.  Her experience in the construction industry has also given her a platform to expand into the Real Estate development and investment aspects of specific projects. This expertise provides a service to owners in the locating and feasibility of raw land, creative financing, asset protection and investment return analysis.    

Becky's entrepreneurial energy yet team attitude adds a positive aspect on her focus to help her clients procure and sell in accordance with their individual real estate needs, including financing of properties and of construction through her network.

Yamelys Burdier’s Career in Real Estate came natural to her as a result of growing up in a family who believes in building Wealth with Land and Real Estate. Her Professional Real Estate Career began in 2007 at Exit Team Realty. Since then she has Gained Extensive knowledge in numerous areas of the Real Estate Industry. She is certified in Builder Services and can provide an Exceptional Level of Service that ranges from the Developer to the End User.

Her areas of Expertise also include the Fields of Pre-Foreclosure, REO, Bulk Purchases, Multi Million Dollar Deals and Commercial Properties.In 2007, she was a key Component in the Foundation of The Global Real Estate Investment Network as well as the Rich Woman Club aka The Woman Connection & Co.   Her Networking Efforts Influenced greatly on the Growth of both of these Clubs and she still remains as an Active Participant to numerous Real Estate Clubs and Associations in our area.

Yamelys currently holds the Position of Operations Manager for The Global Real Estate Investment Network and she was awarded the title Vice-President of The Woman Connection & Co. in Coral Springs Florida.

Although she originally began as a pre-med student with hopes of becoming a doctor someday, Real Estate has ignited a Passion in Yamelys that surpassed anything in her life. She graduated from Barry University in 2007 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology but her plans on continuing to Medical School were replaced with her Dream and Desire of Retiring before the age of 30 with a Career in Real Estate Market!
